The HR Officer is responsible for looking after and resolving all operational HR for the entire employee life cycle. You keep the personnel data of over 500 employees up to date, survey procedures and monitor the Performance Management. You also advise and instruct line managers on topics like leave of absence, on boarding and policy implementation. You are the first contact for both employees and managers. And team up with your four HR colleagues. In addition, you have multiple administrative tasks.
APM Terminals is looking for a proactive and accurate HR Officer with at least a few years of broad experience in HR. A strong and direct personality and a pragmatic attitude are a must to be successful in the terminal environment. You will be responsible for the implementation of the recruitment strategy and know how to execute this in the best possible manner. It is also vital that you have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and always strive for maximum results.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in operational HR, preferably as a generalist
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong personality, communicative
- Accurate, proactive, no nonsense, stress resistant
- HBO degree in Human Resources Management
- Excellent command of Dutch and English both oral and written
