Senior Sales Manager Africa
As a Senior Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving growth with both existing and new clients in (East) Africa. Your primary contact will be with distributors in these regions, and you will develop and implement tailored sales strategies for each market. Your goal is to ensure that UDB’s products are offered by distributors to local wholesalers in an appealing way, so their customers (think of small local supermarkets) will include them in their assortment. In these markets, where there is demand for affordable beer brands and unique flavors, your clients play a key role in achieving success. Therefore, you will create smart win-win business plans and build strong partnerships with distributors. United Dutch Breweries is looking for an entrepreneurial and street-smart Senior Sales Manager who excels at stakeholder management. The ideal candidate loves generating new business and has extensive experience in international sales and doing business with distributors.

- 8+ years of relevant export/international sales experience, including experience with distributors

- Commercial, entrepreneurial, proactive, result-oriented, independent, decisive, ambitious, solution-oriented, hands-on, and pragmatic

United Dutch Breweries trades a broad range of beer brands in 100 countries worldwide. The company owns, among others, the brands Oranjeboom, Royal Dutch Posthoorn, Breda Bier, Atlas and 3 Horses, and sells these to distributors and retailers worldwide. Production of the different brands is outsourced to a number of West European breweries that produce the beer to the recipes of United Dutch Breweries.
