The Brand Manager takes the lead in all marketing activities for The Netherlands, Belgium, and other new markets. As the local brand expert, you help drive profitable growth for Elovena by developing and executing successful country level brand plans and assets in line with the global brand strategy. You create excitement around these yearly local brand plans, both internally as externally and ensure that the local website, social media, and packaging are always on point. In this new all round, business marketing role you proactively identify growth opportunities and independently solve local challenges you encounter. Of course, you collaborate closely with the Sales Manager Benelux (who is also based in The Netherlands) and the wider Elovena Brand team, located in Finland.

Elovena is looking for a self-starting and hands-on Brand Manager who is keen on growing a new brand in the local market from scratch. To be successful, several years of brand marketing experience is a must, as you are in the lead in all local marketing and communication activities. The company is looking for a Dutch native with experience in the Benelux market.

  • A pioneering brand management role where you will build a new brand in the local Dutch market

  • Working for a growing, publicly-listed Finnish mother company with several iconic brands

  • Fulltime position with hybrid working options and some travelling

  • 5+ years of relevant, all round (business) marketing experience in FMCG, including brand management
  • Experience with social media, BTL, PR and trade marketing
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and analytical skills
  • A consumer and sales-oriented mindset, able to think outside-the-box and be innovative and creative
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, ambitious, self-starter, results driven, hands-on, flexible, inspiring, inquisitive
  • Able and willing to travel
  • Must be a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, other languages such as French are a plus

It has been the most beloved oats brand in Finland for decades and is currently being introduced in several European countries, including The Netherlands. The Elovena brand is part of Raisio, an international company that specialises in the production of healthy, responsibly produced food for Health, Heart, and Earth.
