The International Marketing and Lead Generation Manager is responsible for aligning and implementing the lead generation processes across group companies. This person will be a highly motivated self-starter, who is able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, and who is able to share best practices across countries and teams. A dynamic personality and a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
The most important goal is to optimise the number of leads that result in an appointment at the retail locations in the countries. You have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing and sales funnel; from the first customer touch point, through the funnel, to the loyalty program. You know how to generate leads via social media platforms and e-mail marketing. You know how to lead agencies and challenge them to maximise results and to be ready for future developments in social media. You have a focus on details and you are comfortable with a fast-paced, structured, international retail environment.
In this role you will lead the digital demand team of four people based in Rotterdam. You will coordinate the activities of these specialists. You will spend the rest of your time advising and guiding the local marketing teams in the countries to maximise results from their lead generation. This job will entail frequent travelling to the local marketing teams within Europe.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing, and 5-7 years of experience in retail or health care retail marketing. Strong organizational and analytic skills. Team player with good communication skills. Above all you have a can-do attitude and very strong initiative.
