European Sales Director

The European Sales Director is responsible for developing the entire European business for Sagarmatha. You ensure a successful international market entry by acquiring retail clients that are interested to innovate their shopper experience and data to the next level. You bring a solid network to open doors that will lead to interesting deals. Commercial agility, a clear vision on sales, excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for new business development are vital for this pioneering position. Attracting at least five large accounts within the first two years is your first goal. The next step will be to create and build a European team for further growth.
Sagarmatha is looking for an independent and entrepreneurial European Sales Director with broad international experience and a profound understanding of CRM and loyalty programmes. Additionally, a relevant network in retail is highly preferred. You are able to pro-actively put the spotlight on the innovative and AI-based technology of the company and build strong relationships with new and potential clients. A compact, fast paced, dynamic and tech-inspired environment and front running position suits you. You report to the Vice-President of the company who is responsible for global sales. Frequent travel is required.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in CRM and sales
