The Sales Manager Netherlands will lead the Dutch Sales team within the Health division. With a focus on food and drug you manage and further develop the business and strategize with energizing short-term and long-term plans to achieve growing targets. You coach and lead a team of 7 eager and driven (Key) Account Managers and work closely with the marketing and the customer trade marketing team. You help them to invest in solid partnerships with key customers and further build category expertise. Your plans help to set new paths of purchase and empower the local market.
RB is looking for an experienced Sales Manager that takes P&L ownership and is a strong negotiator. Someone who knows how to make the right decisions at the right time and has the entrepreneurial spirit to open doors and arrange top to top meeting with key accounts. A direct ownership of the biggest retailer is also part of the job. A network in Dutch retail is absolutely vital. You are a coaching leader who knows how to operate in different cultures. Making elaborate budget plans is part of this role. International mobility and motivation for a long term career in an international business is a plus.

- 6-9 years of international sales experience
- Proven leadership experience in managing over 5 people
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent strategic skills and P&L ownership
- Flexible and pro-active decision maker
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, other languages are a plus
