The Sales Manager is responsible for healthy growth of a number of Dutch key accounts and develops the Dutch sales strategy for their retailbrands. As a trendsetter in the pet food category retailers welcome you at their office to hear your advice and latest innovative plans and ideas. Creating added value concepts is one of the focal points of the company at this moment. The Sales Manager has a keen eye for new opportunities and formulates business plans in volumes, turnover and budgets. You also manage innovations and have full P&L responsibility for your part of the business. You contribute to improve internal processes and applications. After a while, you can hire a junior, who can take over a number of your customers.
Partner in Pet Food wants to hire an experienced and entrepreneurial Sales Manager with a broad background in an (international) FMCG company. Someone with excellent negotiations skills and Dutch market expertise. You ensure comprehensive market and consumer analysis and keep up with local and global trends and changes. The Sales Manager has a strong vision on sales and knows the retail market well. An internationally orientated, fast growing business suits you perfectly. You report to the Country Sales Director.

- At least 5 years of commercial (sales) experience in an international FMCG environment
- Previous P&L responsibility is an advantage
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Pro-active, open minded and straight forward
- Fluent in Dutch and English
