The Global Marketing Manager creates and delivers global, winning, digital-first brand growth plans for the Intimate Health category. In collaboration with the local market teams, you will accelerate sales, share and brand equity. With a ‘brand CEO mindset’ you will lead and execute the brand growth agenda, deliver on business targets and performance expectations. Intimate Health is a key category with plenty of possibilities to innovate and grow market share. You develop three year and annual global brand growth plans and create a strong visual brand language to bring the brands (Multi-Gyn and Pevaryl) and the purpose to life for the customers. The local teams adapt your content and communication plans for local execution and success. In this role you will analyse all available data to create differentiated and on point insights, strategies and communication for each brand to be rolled out in over 40 countries.

Candidate profile

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in (global) B2C brand building position, including experience in digital
  • Background in healthcare is an advantage, FMCG experience is also possible
  • Conceptual and strategic marketer with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong in stakeholder management and data analyses
  • Entrepreneurial, results and solution oriented, proactive, culture sensitivity, adaptive capacity, flexible
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
