International Sales Area Manager Nordic & Russia
Creatively increasing sales and profit in your region, including Russia, via selected distributors in each country.
The International Sales Area Manager is responsible for all sales in Russia, the Nordics, Baltics and the ‘Stans’ (Turkmenistan, Kazachstan, etc). You have the right experience and sales drive to deal with agencies and distributors in these countries. Selling quality products in challenging markets is what you love to do. In Russia the possibilities to grow are numerous, so you will invest a decent amount of your time in this market. You actively search new business and invest in new and existing partnerships. Fluency in the Russian language is required for this job. If you are successful in Russia, there might even be the opportunity to relocate to Russia in the upcoming years. You are familiar with both the European and Russian way of doing business and can find the right strategy to win hardcore negotiations. The International Sales Area Manager will be successful if he finds creative ways to maximize profit. At least five years of relevant sales experience, with a vast knowledge of doing business in Russia, the Nordics and Baltics. Strong analytical and communicational skills. Fluent in Russian and English. Preferably also fluent in Dutch or German.
